By accepting you as our Customer we enter into a contractual agreement with you, to supply electricity to your address and payable by you. For more details refer to Contract for Delivered Electricity. Our acceptance process involves confirming your identity, checking on your payment history, confirming the address to supply electricity to, property ownership and/or tenancy agreement, your electricity meter configuration, verifying an initial meter reading, and the other details that may be relevant to your particular circumstances.
